There is nothing more calming and romantic than to discover the Andalusian countryside with all its formidable creeks, stretched out mountain ranges and peaceful olive orchards than on horseback.

At Finca El Mosquin they offer the complete package for beginner and expert riders.

All skill levels welcome, either for 1 hour trips through the countryside or for complete excursions that can last up to 3 days.

Horse trekking

These romantic and fun adventures on horseback aren’t the average “horse convoy trips” where every horse just follows the one in front of it. Ride through fields, olive orchards, wade through rivers, along lakes and sometimes even off road! Where possible the horses gallop through the countryside at exciting speeds. However, the owners always respect the horses and the wildlife they discover on their journeys, and the tempo is always adapted to the least skilled rider in the group. The horses are all equipped with modern Spanish or English saddles for your comfort. Riders are obliged to wear long trousers and sealed shoes/boots. All Horse tours are personally guided and adapted to you!

Located on the south side hills in the spectacular mountain range of Sierra Almijara, Finca El Mosquin has all the adventurous features and attractions of the national park. Among them the summit of mount La Maroma (2068m). You can visit this mountaintop on horseback choosing one of the formula’s Finca El Mosquin offers.
